


Starting something new can feel intimidating—but you don’t have to do it alone. Our Foundations Program for Beginners is designed to help you feel comfortable, confident, and supported from day one.
You’ll begin with one-on-one personal training with one of our friendly, knowledgeable coaches. These private sessions are all about YOU: learning the basics, moving at your own pace, and getting familiar with the gym in a relaxed, judgment-free environment. We’ll walk you through foundational movements, explain how everything works, and answer all your questions—so nothing ever feels overwhelming.
From there, you’ll transition into small group classes where you’ll work alongside others who have all been right where you are. Classes always include plenty of coaching, encouragement, and modifications to meet you exactly where you’re at - with a gym family of people who are completely invested in your success. Our priority is helping you move well, feel safe, and build confidence—strength and fitness will follow naturally.
Each session starts with clear, one-to-one, hands-on coaching. Your coach will demonstrate movements, help you find the right range of motion for YOUR body, and offer options that keep you moving safely and comfortably. After the learning portion, you’ll take part in a fun, approachable workout that leaves you feeling accomplished—not defeated.
You’ll probably break a sweat, get a great workout, feel proud of yourself, and walk out knowing you did something great for your body.
When you’re ready and confident in the movements we use in classes every day, you’ll have the option to graduate into our regular CrossFit classes and experience everything our community has to offer—fully prepared and feeling right at home.
You don’t need to be fit to start.You just need to start—and we’ll take care of the rest.
