When you come in, we’ll start with a quick, friendly tour of the gym so you can see the space, meet the coaches, and get a feel for the atmosphere and community. No workouts. No sweating. No pressure. Just a chance to check things out.
Next, we’ll sit down and chat. This is your time to ask questions, share your goals, and learn how we help people just like you get results. We’ll talk through things like:
--Do I need to be in shape to start?
--What kind of results can I realistically expect?
--How often should I train?
--What option makes the most sense for my goals and schedule?
By the end of the conversation, we’ll help you identify the best next steps, tailored specifically to your fitness level, lifestyle, and goals. We'll help you build a plan that makes sense for YOU, with helpful guidance and a clear understanding of your options.
Plan on about 15–20 minutes—or longer if you’d like to hang out, ask more questions, or take another look around. Most importantly, this visit is simply a chance to see if our gym feels like the right fit for you and a place you'd like to take the next steps on your fitness journey - a journey to the new YOU.
